Value 1: We are anti-racist. We strive for intersectionality and sensitive collaboration.

Value 2: We are feminist. We strongly condemn all forms of gender-based violence and are openly pro-choice.

Value 3: We do not discriminate based on gender or sexual orientation. We are LGBTQIA friendly and will protect all artists and art representative of these views and identities.

Value 4: We will not discriminate against religious belief unless it infringes on the rights of someone else. We promote religious tolerance, but maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bigotry and violence.

Value 5: We do not discriminate based on socio-economic background or level of experience & qualifications.

Value 6: We encourage collaboration with safe practices particularly when it concerns intimacy of all kinds.

Value 7: We are not interested in censorship of any form. If it offends, we will do our level best to understand what may have caused the offence, and make amends if we feel or are obliged to do so.

Value 8: We hold our values above political affiliations.

Value 9: We try our best to be environmentally conscious and sustainable.
